The 7 Day ALL You Can Eat
Diet
- MONDAY
Eat All the fruit you want with the exception of bananas
- TUESDAY:
Eat as many vegetables you want. Vegetables can be seasoned with soy sauce,
vinegar or mustard
- WEDNESDAY:
Eat All the fruit & vegetables you desire, but of course no bananas
- THURSDAY:
Eat 5 bananas during the day and drink a glass of milk with each bananas
- FRIDAY:
Eat 4 servings of 3 oz. of beef, chicken or fish with fresh vegetables
- SATURDAY:
Eat 4 servings of 3 oz. each of beef steaks and add fresh vegetables
- SUNDAY:
Eat 4 servings of 3 oz. each of beef steaks with fresh vegetables
