The 7 Day ALL You Can Eat Diet

  • MONDAY
    Eat All the fruit you want with the exception of bananas

  • TUESDAY:
    Eat as many vegetables you want. Vegetables can be seasoned with soy sauce, vinegar or mustard

  • WEDNESDAY:
    Eat All the fruit & vegetables you desire, but of course no bananas

  • THURSDAY:
    Eat 5 bananas during the day and drink a glass of milk with each bananas

  • FRIDAY:
    Eat 4 servings of 3 oz. of beef, chicken or fish with fresh vegetables

  • SATURDAY:
    Eat 4 servings of 3 oz. each of beef steaks and add fresh vegetables

  • SUNDAY:
    Eat 4 servings of 3 oz. each of beef steaks with fresh vegetables
